Kostja Alexander Ullmann (born May 30, 1984 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .

family

Ullmann's father is an actor and ran his own agency in Hamburg. His mother, who was born in Bombay and whose family lives in Sri Lanka , is a dancer, his sister Shantia Ullmann is also an actress.

Career

At the age of eleven, Ullmann was already on the stage of the Ernst Deutsch Theater in Hamburg. In 1996 he got a role in the television series Alphateam , directed by Norbert Schulze. Shortly afterwards he was seen in the short film The Race by Oleg Skworzow. After various appearances in series episodes, Ullmann received a continuous role in 1999 in the series Zwei Männer am Herd . He also appeared in Till Endemann's short film Near the Beach and Johannes Fabrick's Nightmare in a Marriage . Ullmann shot the ZDF crime thriller Der Staatsanwalt in Wiesbaden in 2006 together with Rainer Hunold .
