The Laconnésiens live between Bernex and Avusy south of the Rhone .

history

After Laconnex was incorporated into the canton of Geneva in 1816, Laconnex was part of the municipality of Avusy-Laconnex-Soral . In 1847 Avusy separated from Laconnex-Soral before Laconnex became an independent municipality in 1850.
