The Bremen Citizenship is the state parliament of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen .
The fractions of the Bremen City Parliament formed usually from the citizenship deputies that on the joint nomination of a party a mandate have won in a state election. The group's chairman or spokesman heads the group and represents it externally.
