The list of cities in Somalia provides an overview of the population of the larger cities of the East African state of Somalia .

By far the largest agglomeration in Somalia is Mogadishu . Around 20 percent of the country's population is concentrated there. The following table lists Somali cities with more than 1,000 inhabitants and the region to which the city belongs. The population figures are calculated for January 1, 2013 and refer to the actual city without the suburban belt.
