List of uninhabited islands and archipelagos (inland island)

The list of uninhabited islands and archipelagos (inland island) only includes islands or archipelagos located in inland waterways (lake or river) , i.e. only so-called inland islands that have either never been inhabited by people or have not been permanently settled for a long time. If there is only a lighthouse, a research station or a similar facility on an inland island, the island is considered uninhabited even if some people are there from time to time.
