Loceri is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1300 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Nuoro in Sardinia . The municipality is located about ten kilometers southwest of Tortolì and belongs to the Comunità Montana "Ogliastra" . An exclave of the municipality is located directly on the Tyrrhenian Sea .
