Girasole is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1321 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Nuoro in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 2.5 kilometers north of Tortolì on the Stagno di Tortolì near the Tyrrhenian Sea .
