Urzulei is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1178 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Nuoro in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 22.5 kilometers northwest of Tortolì in the Parco Nazionale del Golfo di Orosei e del Gennargentu . The Tyrrhenian Sea is about ten kilometers to the east .
