The list of the team squads of the Extra League (Czech Republic, chess) 2003/04 contains all players who were used at least once in the Czech Extra League in chess 2003/04 with their individual results.
Overall, the 12 clubs deployed 146 players, 42 of whom did not miss a match. ŠK Sokol Plzeň I - INGEM, ŠK Trinom Zlín and IPM Color Ostrava managed with 11 players each, while at SC A64 Grygov most of the players played at least one game, namely 15.
The most successful player of the season was Jurij Zezulkin (ŠK Sokol Vyšehrad - VISUS) with 9.5 points from 11 games. Wjatschaslau Dydyschka , Robert Cvek (both ŠK Hagemann Opava) and Sergej Movsesjan (ŠK Bauset Pardubice) each achieved 8.5 points from 11 games . With Josef Nun (TJ Slavia Hradec Králové) and Zdeněk Beil (SC A64 Grygov) two players achieved 100% each on one bet.
