The list of the team squads of the Extraliga (Czech Republic, chess) 2008/09 contains all players who were used at least once in the Czech Extraliga in chess 2008/09 with their individual results.
In total, the 12 clubs deployed 148 players, 32 of whom never missed a match. The 1st Novoborský ŠK managed with 10 players, while at ŠK Geofin Ostrava most players played at least one game, namely 15.
The most successful player of the season was Jiří Štoček (1. Novoborský ŠK) with 9 points from 11 games. 8.5 points from 11 games was achieved by David Navara (ŠK Mahrla Prague), 8 points from 11 games by Vladimír Talla (ŠK Geofin Ostrava). With Ivan Hausner (ŠK Mahrla Prague) and Petr Pokorný (SPACE Poštovní spořitelna) two players achieved 100%, Hausner played two games and Pokorný one.
