The list of the team cadres of the Extraliga (Czech Republic, chess) 2015/16 contains all players who were registered for the Czech Extraliga in chess 2015/16 with their individual results.
The 12 clubs were allowed to register a maximum of 19 players, but only TJ Ancora Tatran Litovel and the second team of ŠK JOLY Lysá nad Labem exhausted the contingent. Not all of the registered players were used. While TJ Zikuda Turnov managed with ten players, 17 players played at least one game in the second team of ŠK JOLY Lysá nad Labem. A total of 154 players were used, 30 of whom never missed a competition.
The best player in points was Nguyễn Thái Dai Van (ŠK JOLY Lysá nad Labem) with 8 points from 10 games, Jan Votava (ŠK Rapid Pardubice) and Vojtěch Zwardoň (BŠŠ Frýdek-Místek) scored 7.5 points each . Radosław Jedynak (ŠK Labortech Ostrava) won his only game and was the only player to achieve 100%.
