Marcelová (1945 to 1948 Slovak Marcelove Kesy ; Hungarian Marcelháza - in the period 1942-1948 Marcelkeszi ) is a municipality in southwest Slovakia .
The place lies in the Danube lowlands and is 16 km east of Komárno . With almost 3900 inhabitants, it is the second largest (rural) municipality in the Okres Komárno after Nesvady . The population is made up of 88.5% Magyars, 9.9% Slovaks and 1.5% Roma.

The place was first mentioned as Nagkezeu in 1353 . Until 1919 it belonged to the Kingdom of Hungary in Komorn County , after which it came to the newly formed Czechoslovakia . 1938–1945 it was again part of Hungary due to the First Vienna Arbitration , in 1942 the place was enlarged by merging with Krátke Kosihy ( Hungarian Kurtakeszi ) and received the new Hungarian name Marcelkeszi , from 1945 to 1948 then in Slovak according to Marcelove Kesy .
