NGC 3067 is a bar-spiral galaxy with extensive star formation regions of the Hubble type SBab in the constellation Leo in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 64 million light years from the Milky Way and about 45,000 light years in diameter. Together with NGC 3003 and NGC 3021 , the isolated galaxy trio KTG 26 is formed .
In the same area of ​​the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 3071 .

The object was discovered by William Herschel on December 7, 1785 .
