NGC 6570 is a 12.7 mag bright, slightly irregular bar spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBm in the constellation of the Serpent Bearer on the celestial equator . It is estimated to be 109 million light years from the Milky Way and about 55,000 light years across. She is considered a member of the four galaxies counting NGC 6574 group ( LGG 419 ).
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on June 2, 1864 .
