Neuhäusl is a district of the town of Neunburg vorm Wald in the Schwandorf district in Bavaria .

geography

Neuhäusl is about twelve kilometers west of Neunburg vorm Wald at the foot of the 453 m high Büchelberg and near the state road 2151 , which connects Neunburg vorm Wald with the A 93 in Schwarzenfeld .

history

On March 23, 1913 Neuhäusl was part of the Kemnath parish near Fuhrn , consisted of one house and had three residents.

On December 31, 1990 Neuhäusl had five residents and belonged to the parish of Kemnath near Fuhrn.

Pilgrimage Church of St. Mary and John of Nepomuk

Pilgrimage Church of St. Mary and John of Nepomuk

A pilgrimage church is located about 200 meters southeast of Neuhäusl on the northern slope of the 543 meter high Büchlberg . It was built from 1748 to 1765 and consecrated to St. Mary and St. John of Nepomuk . In 1746 a small pilgrimage to St. John of Nepomuk had developed in this place. The listed pilgrimage church has two altars and two bells.
