Paweł Wojciechowski (born June 6, 1989 in Bydgoszcz ) is a Polish pole vaulter .

Athletic career

He achieved his first international success in 2008 with the silver medal at the Junior World Championships in his hometown of Bydgoszcz. He jumped 5.40 m in this competition.

In the spring of 2011 he finished 4th at the European Indoor Championships in Paris. In the same year he celebrated his greatest success so far at the World Championships in Daegu when he became world champion with a skipped 5.90 m. In 2015 he took third place together with Renaud Lavillenie and his compatriot Piotr Lisek .

In 2017 Wojciechowski won the bronze medal at the European Indoor Athletics Championships with a jump of 5.85 meters.
