Pietraferrazzana is a municipality ( comune ) in Italy with 131 inhabitants in the province of Chieti in Abruzzo . It is located about 45 kilometers south-southeast of the provincial capital Chieti on the Sangro or Lake Bomba and belongs to the Comunità montana Valsangro . Until 1963, Pietraferrazzana was part and administrative seat of the neighboring municipality of Colledimezzo .
