Ripa Teatina (in the local dialect: la Ripa ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 4060 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Chieti in Abruzzo . The community is located around 24 kilometers south of Pescara and around 5.5 kilometers east-northeast of Chieti am Alento . Ripa Teatina is part of the Unione dei Comuni della Valle del Foro .
