Borrello is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 322 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Chieti in Abruzzo . It is located about 49 kilometers south-southeast of Chieti am Sangro , belongs to the Comunità Montana Medio Sangro and borders directly on the province of Isernia ( Molise ).
