Reľov (German Rill or Rillen , Hungarian Relyó ) is a municipality in eastern Slovakia .
The place was first mentioned in writing in 1314 as Rilowa and consists of the places Reľov ("Rill [en]") and Hágy (incorporated in 1976; German Haag ).
The catholic church from 1787 is worth seeing.
