The Okres Kežmarok (German District Käsmark ) is an administrative unit in the east of Slovakia km² with 75,533 inhabitants (31 December 2019) and an area of 629.9.
Historically, the district is almost entirely in the former Szepes County , a small part in the levoča mountains ( Levočské vrchy ) on the river Torysa part of the former Sáros County (see also List of historic counties of Hungary ).
