The Clinton cabinet was the Bill Clinton administration , who served as President of the United States from 1993 to 2001 . Its members include the former Vice President Al Gore and Madeleine Albright , Foreign Minister from 1997 to 2001.
Several members of the cabinet held multiple offices during the Clinton's presidency. Mickey Kantor headed the Department of Commerce in 1997 and was also the United States Trade Representative . Federico Peña , Minister of Transport from 1993 to 1997, was Minister of Energy from 1997 to 1998. The Director of the Office of Management and Budget from 1993 to 1994, Leon Panetta , was named Chief of Staff of the White House in 1994.
