Rossel wants to win . The place can be reached via the Landesstraße 333 and with the lines S 12 and S 19 via the Sieg route. Growing together with Rossel, but separated by Kreisstraße 55, is the district of Wilberhofen .

Rossel was first mentioned in 1582 as Rossawell .
