Saint-Loup ( Occitan Sent Lop ) is a French commune in the department of Tarn-et-Garonne in the region Occitania (before 2016: Midi-Pyrenees ). The municipality with 520 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) is located in the arrondissement of Castelsarrasin and is part of the canton of Garonne-Lomagne-Brulhois (until 2015: canton of Auvillar ). The inhabitants are called Lupéens .

Saint-Loup is located about 23 kilometers southeast of Agen on the Garonne , into which the Arrats flows here. Saint-Loup is surrounded by the neighboring communities Golfech in the north, Espalais in the east and northeast, Auvillar in the south and east, Saint-Cirice in the south and southwest and Donzac in the west.
