Pommevic is located about 36 kilometers west-northwest of Montauban on the Canal de Golfech (and the Canal latéral à la Garonne ). Pommevic is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Goudourville in the north and west, Malause in the east, Merles in the south and south-east and Valence in the south and west.
