Le Ham is a French municipality with 395 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Mayenne in the region Pays de la Loire . The municipality belongs to the canton of Villaines-la-Juhel (until 2015: canton of Le Horps ) and the arrondissement of Mayenne .

Le Ham is about 70 kilometers northwest of Le Mans . Le Ham is surrounded by the neighboring communities Javron-les-Chapelles in the north and northeast, Crennes-sur-Fraubée in the east, Villaines-la-Juhel in the southeast, Loupfougères in the south, Hardanges in the southwest, Le Ribay in the west and Charchigné in the northwest
