Le Ham is surrounded by the neighboring communities Javron-les-Chapelles in the north and northeast, Crennes-sur-Fraubée in the east, Villaines-la-Juhel in the southeast, Loupfougères in the south, Hardanges in the southwest, Le Ribay in the west and Charchigné in the northwest
