Storfjord ( North Sami Omasvuotna , kven Omasvuono ) is a municipality in northern Norway in the province ( Fylke ) Troms og Finnmark at the border triangle ( Treriksrøysa ) with Sweden and Finland.

It includes the area around the innermost part of the Lyngenfjord and the mountainous hinterland. The population is originally composed of Norwegians , Sami and Kven (descendants of Finnish immigrants in the 18th century). A southern Norwegian dialect is spoken in the Signaldalen valley; the inhabitants are descended from settlers who opened up the area in the early 19th century.
