Super Wings is a South Korean - Chinese - American 3D animation series that has been produced since 2015. In addition to the series, the figures are also marketed as toys and merchandising items.
action
The red jet is the best and fastest jet aircraft in the world and is always happy. Every day he delivers parcels to children from all over the world. He receives the orders and information from the air traffic controller Roger (from season 2 air traffic controller Joy (Super RTL)). On his way he experiences many adventures and always has to face new challenges. His best friends, the versatile Super Wings aircraft, help him with this. They have different gifts and talents and always help him.
Production and publication
The series was first announced in September 2013. It has been produced in South Korean, Chinese and American production since 2015. It is directed by Benjie Randall and Josh Selig and the music is by Seung Hyuk Yang.
The German premiere took place on January 25, 2017 on KIKA . Super RTL has been broadcasting the second season of the series since April 2019 . Characters were exchanged or new ones added and new voice actors used. The plot remains the same, except that at least two Super Wings are now (almost) always called for help. In addition, some episodes will be marketed on DVD and Blu-ray and on video-on-demand platforms and the audio CD Super Wings, radio play 1: Sledding in the desert will be released.
Squadrons and figures
The super wings
Jett is the best and fastest jet aircraft in the world. He loves delivering packages to kids all over the world. If he is faced with any problems, he simply calls one of his friends - the Super Wings. Together they master every challenge.
Dizzy never leaves the airport without her lifeline and emergency equipment because Dizzy is a rescue helicopter . She loves Jett like a little brother and is always happy to help him out of tricky situations.
Donnie is the propeller plane among the Super Wings. He is equipped with all tools and can repair anything. But Donnie is also very naive and believes everything you tell him. This sometimes poses a few problems for the Super Wings.
Paul is the airport police jet. He ensures safety on the entire site. He also helps Jett understand the difference between right and wrong.
Jerome is an aerobatic who loves to dance. He loves the spotlight and never misses an opportunity to compete with Jett.
Bello is an adventurous bush flyer . He knows everything about animals all over the world. But not only that: He even speaks their language.
Mira is a green seaplane and can even dive.
Uncle Albert has had a long and interesting life. He's been through so much that he doesn't even remember anything. Nevertheless, he is always happy to give helpful advice to Jett and his friends.
Big Wing is the most friendly and helpful wide-body aircraft .

Other figures
- Roger is the air traffic controller at the airport. He is always in a good mood and helpful and knows a lot about the countries to which he sends Jett. He also appears in the background in each of the countries Jett and his friends visit.
- Joy is the lively air traffic controller who gives Jett his assignments from season 2.
- Roy is the baggage cart at the airport. He would also love to fly and have adventures.
