history
The Tüschenmühle is supposed to have been called the Fuchsmühle in reality. In 1758, the Leuther community fathers testified to this mill that it was supposed to have been a forerunner of the Leuther mill, that it was merely moved closer to the village. Remnants of the foundation from a pile foundation are also said to have been discovered. However, these statements leave room for speculation.
One thing should be noted: There is today's Leuther Mühle with a specified year of construction of 1738 as a water mill. The Tüschenmühle building with a specified year of construction of 1752 in anchor pins is also around 500 m away. These buildings are used as residential buildings. Both mills are mentioned in the tranchot map from 1802/04.
