The mill Haus Baerlo stood on the castle moat, a no longer existing tributary of the Nette, and was located in Baerlo 12, a district of the city of Nettetal. The area on which the building stood has a height of approx. 42 m above sea ​​level .

history

The manor Haus Baerlo also had a small manor mill for its own use . It was mentioned as early as 1326 on the occasion of an enfeoffment. Around 1690, the owner moved it to a more convenient location with a spring. By 1800 the mill had disappeared from the scene.
