Tombolo is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 8,343 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Padua in Veneto . The municipality is located about 26 kilometers north-northwest of Padua and about 25 kilometers northeast of Vicenza .

The district Onara was once the ancestral home of the Ezzelini family .
