Specialty
The third stage led, among other things, over the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps . The field drove the route starting at the confluence of the road into the Stavelot curve along the new start / finish straight, through the hairpin La Source, the traditional downhill start / finish straight along the historic pit lane, then through the legendary Eau Rouge valley through it up the Radillion curve. We continued along the Kemmel Straight at the end of which there is the exit to the Landstrasse on the left and thus to the original route from 1921. However, the field followed the right bend and then the Grand Prix course, which had existed since 1979, downhill back to the Stavelot curve, from where the field left the track again.
