The Rugby Championship 2012 → |
Tri Nations 2011 was the 16th edition of the annual Tri Nations rugby union tournament . Six games took place between July 23 and August 27, 2011. Because of the World Cup taking place in New Zealand in September and October , the program was shortened by three games. The tournament was won by Australia for the third time. This was the last tournament with this mode, as Argentina joined the tournament in 2012 that has since been called The Rugby Championship.
