Sold as True Sandwiches, Max Madigan discovers her talent: She is good at designing clothes, which is why he hires her in his fashion label “Mad Style” as Vice President of “Young Fashion”. First she gets to know her personal assistant, Cricket. Her first assignment was changing Amanda's clothes. However, these end up in the garbage. So True decides to quit, but Jimmy explains that Mad Style goes high school every now and then. So True realizes that everything is not so bad, which is why she does not quit. Since her cricket assistant is not nice, she replaces her with Lulu. Meanwhile, Ryan finds the dirty clothes and True mends them with him and Lulu. This is how True proves her skills with Mr. Madigan.

A company program takes place there, in which everyone wrote a secret on a piece of paper. Everyone got the partner's note and was not allowed to reveal their secret. However, it turns out that Amanda has revealed True's secret that she loves Jimmy.

In this context, she learns of the existence of a company credit card with which general expenses can be paid. True interprets the purpose of the card in their favor and makes Lulu and Ryan all sorts of dreams come true, including another meal at “Finique”. The buying frenzy comes to an abrupt end when the strict accountant Miss Pinchbinde True finds out about it.

Lulu accidentally reveals where she and True work to a nasty group of girls from her school. The presentation of the new autumn collection for men is coming up and Max Madigan is looking for a suitable, grandiose marketing idea. True, Lulu and Amanda make numerous suggestions, which the company boss do not seem to be the least bit enthusiastic about. True finally notices that Max is a little nervous. When she talks to him, he confesses that he intends to propose to his girlfriend Doris. True is delighted and immediately gives him some well-intentioned advice. However, these go completely wrong at the rendezvous: Doris gives Max a basket because she wants an original marriage proposal. After True gossiped and Doris suddenly expects Max to propose to her in a garden chair floating in balloons, True, Lulu and Ryan decide to let a doll fly in place of the company boss, who is afraid of heights.

Ella from the accounting department is injured by a shot from Ryan's sling and has to be hospitalized for at least ten days. While the employees discuss which encouraging messages to surprise the battered accountant, True suggests the math genius Lulu to replace Ella. Max agrees and True gets a new assistant for the time being: her physics teacher Mister Jameson. Suddenly the roles are reversed and True has to assign tasks to her teacher as his supervisor, which is extremely difficult for her. Mister Jameson, who has a weakness for scientific invention, neglects his duties so much that True is considering firing him. These considerations are quickly forgotten when the teacher develops a substance that makes water roll off fabrics, which is an ideal addition to Amanda's raincoat.

Mikey J. has a storm-free place and is having a big party. In addition to his girlfriend Lulu, Ryan and True are also invited. However, True has a presentation for the new pillows the next day at seven in the morning, for which she still has a lot to prepare. When Max hears about Trues' dilemma, he postponed the presentation date without further ado so that True can celebrate with us. Amanda also shows great interest in appearing at the party, as she wants to have more contact with young people because of her work. On site, True meets Shelley, an old friend she has known since kindergarten. However, Shelley doesn't want anything to do with True: She accuses her of caring more about her job than about her friendships. When Max also shows up at the party, the time seems to have come for True to talk about her work-life balance.

All classmates look much older. The boys combed their hair forward to look like Zac Efron. And Ryan learned to do a backflip from a standing start. He wants to win his dearest Kelsey for himself. Meanwhile, True, Mad Style's new Vice President, and her personal secretary, Lulu, are given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a window for Max Madigan in one of the city's finest department stores.

When Ryan destroys Sophie Girard's shop window and Sophie injures herself in the process, Mad Style is supposed to take over the decoration of her window, which is supposed to be managed by True. Although she has to study for her presentation, she takes on the new task. When she gave her presentation the next day, she was excitedly waiting for the grades. Meanwhile, Ryan tries to get Kelsey's attention by hiding in her locker.

The big fashion week is approaching, where the best designers will present their fashion. In this context, however, Max Madigan has to convey sad news to his employees: Mad Style cannot take part in the event because none of the employees have been admitted. The application from True, which had tried to create the young designer show, was also rejected. There is a reason for all of this: Jobi Castanueva, the chairman of the selection committee, was once a Mad Style employee and suffered from the moody Amanda Cantwell. In order to still be able to perceive the show, True and Lulu have to come up with a lot.

Amanda gets a new assistant who, to her surprise, does all the work quickly and reliably. Their luck ends abruptly when Ryan annoys the new employee so much that she quits spontaneously. To cover up the reason for the termination, Ryan secretly takes over all of the assistant's duties. Meanwhile, True has got hold of two tickets for the “Last Minute Ball” and is now wondering who to take with her. While Ryan and Lulu sincerely hope to be asked, True wishes Jimmy to go with them.

Max Madigan introduces his employees at Mad Style to a new intern: Jaspar Peacock is a dynamic high school graduate who Max met by chance at Happy Berry. While Amanda sees her job in jeopardy, True is happy that the company has another teenage boy employed. Lulu quickly insinuates that True is jealous of Max's "new star". True's opinion of Jaspar actually changes suddenly when he reveals himself to her as an unscrupulous swindler who ingratiates himself with Max because of the money. However, nobody wants to believe true. To make matters worse, Jaspar also manages to present a new draft of a school uniform that he has stolen from True. Thereupon Max even promoted him to vice-president and temporarily placed him in Trues office. When Jaspar presented “his” new collection, there was a scandal. | ||||||||

The wedding of Max Madigan and Doris Aidem is imminent and the preparations are in full swing. Matthieu Larue, the wedding planner, takes care of the detailed scheduling, with Ryan being responsible for the wedding cake. True takes part in the planning, which is discussed in detail between Max, Doris and Matthieu. Extreme caution is required here, as Doris has weak nerves. When Matthieu reaches his limits due to a mishap with the cake, among other things, True steps in as his assistant. But the chaos takes its course and the wedding planner finally throws his work. Now it is up to True to save what can still be saved.

True is allowed to do a model casting with Amanda for the next photo shoot. But Amanda thinks she has found the right one after just a few minutes. Her choice falls on Brock Champion, whom she obviously desires not only as a model. In the final decision, Amanda skips True by not inviting True's favorites to the second round. Meanwhile, Ryan and Jimmy decide to make what they consider to be the best horror movie of all time. When they tell Oscar that they want to shoot in the office after work, Oscar advises them against it. He tells them about the rumor that the former receptionist haunts the house at night. |

Miss Park tells her students that the textile design department is to be abolished because of savings. Since True learned to sew in this subject, she decides to hold a concert in order to receive the course with the money she raised. A friend of Jimmy's coincidentally works at DRK Records, where Justin Bieber is currently recording a new single. So True, Lulu and Ryan sneak into the recording studio to ask Justin to do a concert for them. Justin, who loves to crochet himself, wants to help True and perform at school the next day. Just before the gig, however, Justin calls True to tell her that he was injured and cannot come. Will the show still be a resounding success?

Mr. Madigan is very satisfied: Four of the five Mad Style departments were able to increase their sales. Only the casual wear department suffered losses. To change that, a "casual day" is being introduced in the company, on which the whole team should appear in casual clothing so that everyone can relax a little and come up with ideas better. This measure works wonders for Mr. Madigan. He is by far the loosest of them all, from now on he always wants to dress like that and advises annoyed Amanda to go to Chilladelphia. Meanwhile, a new student arrives in True's class, whom she immediately finds sweet. With a lot of effort and some persuasion on the part of Lulu, True dares to ask the newbie out on a date and promptly gets a basket.

On the one hand that would mean a decent career leap, on the other hand he would be gone for two whole years. So he has to choose between his friends at Mad Style, especially True, and Washington.

Ryan, True and Lulu are entering the 10th grade, in which a responsible task awaits them: Each pupil is assigned a seventh grader as a sponsored child who is to be looked after and instructed. True meets a shy girl named Molly who doesn't dare to give her opinion. However, when True takes her to a meeting where she presents her new dress to designer David Pillows, Molly finally dares to say something and simply explains that she thinks the dress is boring. From then on, True is annoyed by Molly until she helps her to a great success.

Fortunately, everything goes as planned and they quickly find out that they have the same hobby: dancing flamenco.

When Jimmy tells that he forgot something on the 34th floor, True, Ryan and Lulu hear for the first time that Mad Style has also rented another floor. Excited, they go to the 34th floor and find an incinerator and a disposal room there. In this room, True discovers some of her designs as well as the swirl dress she has just presented.

Mr. Madigan discovers a crack in his wife's ring and orders True to have it repaired. True then puts the ring in the pocket of a vest, which Jimmy picks up shortly afterwards and has it delivered to a fashion show in Paris. Since Mr. Madigan should not see this mishap, Lulu and True fly to Paris disguised as stewardesses to save the ring.

The search for the ring continues: Max, True and Lulu get to know Karl Gustav, who keeps the ring under lock and key and the three trapped in one of his numerous rooms. The owner of the house expects his prisoners to design a dress for his daughter Carla that suits her highly individual taste. Thanks to Lulu's second cell phone, the prisoners manage to inform Ryan and Jimmy, who immediately set off for Paris and shortly afterwards arrive at Gustav's villa.
