The station has a central platform about 120 meters long on the embankment, which ends in the northeast at Meiendorfer Weg, where the access building is also located.

Since October 15, 2018, the stop has been barrier-free with an elevator and a tactile guidance system for the blind .

To the west of the stop there is a P + R facility with 263 parking spaces and a B + R facility with 152 parking spaces. You can also change to Metrobus line 24 (Niendorf - Langenhorn - Volksdorf - Rahlstedt) here.

history

During steam operation and at the beginning of electrical operation, the station, built in 1919, did not stop. When the elevated railway opened the station on a trial basis in 1925, it was so popular that the trains have stopped there regularly ever since.
