The US Highway 13 (short US 13 ) is a United States highway in the United States . It begins on Interstates 95 and 295 northwest of Fayetteville , North Carolina, and ends 833 kilometers from Morrisville , Pennsylvania on US Highway 1 .

North Carolina
From Fayetteville US Highway 45 runs north-east un meets at Spivey's Corner on US Highway 421 . In the southeast of Newton Grove , the highway crosses Interstate 40 and US Highway 701 in the city .
