Defense District Command

Defense District Commands ( VKK ) were the lowest command authorities of the territorial army of the Bundeswehr . They were subordinate to defense district commands, which in turn were subordinate to military area commands. Z (1 to 9) was the serial number of the Defense District Command within the Defense District Command.
