XW-1 ( Chinese 希望 一号 , also Hope-OSCAR 68 ) is the first Chinese amateur radio satellite .

The satellite with the callsign BJ1SA has a 50 kHz wide linear transponder and another converter for FM radio and the packet radio -BBS of the satellite. He was on 15 December 2009 with a missile of the type Long March 4 from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in a LEO orbit started.

Its COSPAR designation is 2009-072B.
