The 1926/27 season was the 5th edition of the Austrian ice hockey championship organized by the ÖEHV . The Austrian championship was won by the Vienna Ice Skating Club , while the first team of the Vienna AC should be relegated to the second division. Due to a new league reform, a separate league was created for the reserve teams, so that the Vienna AC remained in the top division.
