100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong (English for: “ 100,000,000 Bon Jovi fans can't be wrong ”) is a boxing set by the American rock band Bon Jovi . The set was released on November 22, 2004 to mark the success of one hundred million albums sold worldwide. It consists of four CDs and one DVD and contains 38 previously unreleased tracks from the band's archives as well as 12 B-sides and original demo recordings of later hits. The band members comment on individual songs on the DVD, and live performances can also be found here. A 64-page booklet is also included in the set. It contains many pictures from the two decades of the band's history, as well as comments on the lyrics and the creation of individual songs. The cover and title are based on the Elvis Presley album 50,000,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong from 1959: You can see the band members in shimmering gold suits. This shows the band their relationship to Presley - also as a musical role model.

The box set has been sold over a million times worldwide and received gold in the USA.

Musical content

The box set contains outtakes and rare songs by the band from different eras of their history. Songs like We Rule the Night are from before the band's breakthrough with Slippery When Wet . Many songs are from the Slippery When Wet and New Jersey era. The latter should have been a double album, but was eventually released as a single album. Some of the unused demos made it onto the set. A large number of the songs also date from the time of Blaze of Glory and Keep the Faith , most of which were written by Jon Bon Jovi himself. On the DVD he explains that during this time he felt a regret over the loss of innocence as a musician in the business. That is the reason for the certain aggressiveness in those songs. But there are also some songs that are from the time after the break that the band took before the Crush album. The song Last Man Standing appeared on the band's next studio album, albeit in a different version.

In addition to Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, David Bryan and Tico Torres also sing the lead vocals on one song each.

In addition to hard rock and mainstream rock songs, there are also some ballads on the box set.
