Because We Can: The Tour is the 15th concert tour by the American rock band Bon Jovi . During this tour, the twelfth studio album What About Now will be presented. The tour name is based on the first single Because We Can from this album.

This tour visits all five continents. For the first time since 2001 there was a performance in Wales and the band returned to Africa with concerts in Cape Town and Johannesburg . She had not given a concert there since the These Days Tour in 1995. In addition, concerts were held in Bulgaria and Poland for the first time in the band's history .

On April 3, 2013, various magazines, such as the British music journal NME, reported that Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora had dropped out of the current tour for personal reasons; he had already not participated in the performance in Calgary on April 2. Jon Bon Jovi announced that he would not perform with the band for a while. On April 4, 2013, the band announced that Phil Xenidis had stood in for him, who had already helped out Sambora's absence due to drug withdrawal during the 2011 tour.
