The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1962/63  was the 12th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1964 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was Viktoria Sulzbach . A promotion round was not played in that year, as the previous II. Division was replaced by the newly created  Regionalliga Süd . The TuS Wiebelskirchen and Hellas Marpingen had to dismount after this season in the district league. For the following season 1963/64 , FC Ensdorf and the amateurs of Borussia Neunkirchen came as climbers from the district league, as well as SC Friedrichsthal , SV Ludweiler , VfB Theley and SV St. Ingbert as relegated from the II. Division.
