Anuschka glasses

Anuschka Gläser (born August 19, 1969 in Stuttgart ) is a former German ice and roller skater .

Anuschka Glasses came to figure skating at the age of four and started for the ERC in Stuttgart. She was a pair runner and initially ran with Stefan Pfrengle . She was brought to Mannheim by the regional trainer of Baden-Württemberg and 10-time Polish pair skating champion Peter Sczypa. He formed the pair of glasses and pfrengle and led them to win the title of the German pair skating championship in 1989 and 1990 . During these years they celebrated their greatest international successes with 9th place at the World Championships in Paris and 5th place at the European Championships in Saint Petersburg. After Stefan Pfrengles retired, Anuschka Gläser found a new partner in Axel Rauschenbach . With him she also became German champion in pair skating in 1994. The couple were also trained by Monika Scheibe. After their amateur career , the glasses / Rauschenbach performed at ice shows. In 1986 Anuschka Glasses became German champion in women's roller-skating .
