Auchy-lès-Hesdin is a French commune with 1,571 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Montreuil and the canton of Auxi-le-Château (until 2015: canton Le Parcq ). Auchy-lès-Hesdin is a member of the Sept Vallées municipal association founded in 2014 . The residents call themselves Alciaquois .

Auchy-lès-Hesdin is located between Arras and the English Channel in the historic province of Artois on the Ternoise . Auchy-lès-Hesdin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fressin in the north and north-west, Azincourt in the north, Béalencourt in the north-east, Rollancourt in the east, Vieil-Hesdin in the south, Le Parcq in the west and south-west and Wamin in the west and north-west.
