Fillièvres is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Willeman in the north, Linzeux in the northeast, Blangerval-Blangermont in the east, Conchy-sur-Hesdin and Aubrometz in the east and southeast, Rougefay and Buire-au-Boix in the south, Haravesnes in the south and southwest, Quœux- Haut-Maînil in the west and south-west, Galametz in the west and Wail in the north-west.
