Bonningues-lès-Calais ( Flemish : Bonn Inge ) is a French municipality with 565 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016: Nord-Pas-de- Calais ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Calais , to the canton of Calais-1 (until 2015: canton of Calais-Nord-Ouest ) and to the community association Communauté de communes du Sud-Ouest du Calaisis . The inhabitants are called Bonninguois .

Bonningues-lès-Calais is about nine kilometers southwest of Calais . Bonningues-lès-Calais is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Peuplingues in the north, Fréthun in the north-east, Saint-Tricat in the east, Pihen-lès-Guînes in the south, Saint-Inglevert in the south and south-west, Hervelinghen in the west and south-west and Escalles in the north-west.
The A16 autoroute leads through the municipality .
