Boulevard Gardens is adjacent to the cities of Fort Lauderdale and Lauderhill, as well as CDP Washington Park .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 1274 inhabitants were distributed over 475 households. The population density was 1820.0 inh / km². 2.8% of the population described themselves as whites , 94.3% as African American and 0.2% as Indians . 0.6% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.0% to several ethnic groups. 2.6% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
