Washington Park is adjacent to the cities of Fort Lauderdale and Lauderhill, as well as CDP Boulevard Gardens .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the 1672 inhabitants at that time were distributed over 624 households. The population density was 1520.0 inh / km². 2.8% of the population identified themselves as white, 94.9% as African American and 0.4% as Asian Americans . 0.6% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.3% to several ethnic groups. 1.8% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
