The Highway 22A in British Columbia makes a connection between the boundary between the United States and Canada and the City of Trail . To the south, across the border, there is a link road that leads to Washington State Route 25 in Northport . Waneta Dam , a hydroelectric power station, is located directly across the border on Canadian territory . After about 11 km the highway ends in Trail on Highway 3B .
