The British Columbia Highway 39 is located on the western edge of the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia . It ensures the connection of Mackenzie to Highway 97 and has a length of 36 km.
Route
On the Parsnip River , Highway 39 branches off northward from Highway 97. The highway runs along the plain between the river and the lake following it, Williston Lake , and the Rocky Mountains. After 28 km there is an exit to a sight: the world's largest tree chopper. 36 km after the start of the highway it ends in Mackenzie.
